Handy Tips for using your ham bag:
- Wash before use
- Mix 2 cups of water with 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- Soak the bag for three minutes
- Squeeze out excess liquid and it's ready to use
- Store ham in bag in the refrigerator
- Repeat every 2-3 days
- Store this way your ham should stay fresh for 1-2 weeks.
